"Mm, you like fucking me, huh?" Lazy smile there on his lips, the way his hands smooth along the other man's shoulder blades are just as lazy, perfectly content with just laying here for a little. "Gonna be my last fuck of the year and first fuck of the new one?"
Smile there on his lips, he hums a little in thought, tucking an arm behind his head. "I mean, depends what the plans for New Years are. Staying in, right? To make sure we're both safe."
"Does it get pretty bad out there?" He would bet it does, even without the city interfering. But of course, the city probably does. "I'm good with staying in."
"Depends what's going on." He chuckles a bit. "Don't think it was really bad when I first arrived. Honestly can't even remember last year." Which has him wonder what that might mean if it all just feels normal now to him.
"We don't really celebrate New Year's anymore. Can't have fireworks, and in the winter we can't spare the rations for a party." And honestly, after the end of the world, it's hard to keep track of the years anyway. No one is printing out cat and dog calendars anymore, no one has any use for day planners.
"We'll play it by ear. If there's something fun we'll go. If not? I wouldn't complain about a holiday spent like this." Sprawled atop John, spent and sated. He really likes John's suggestion: last fuck of the old year, first fuck of the new one.
"Let's see what happens then," he murmurs, bringing his other hand up to card through Jesus' hair. "Definitely wanna have some hot sex with you though. Sort of non-negotiable if we're doing something for New Years." Huff of laughter, he leans in to press a soft kiss to the man's head.
"You want me to stay tonight? Or you gotta go do shit?"
"Yeah I think we'll need to recharge," he grins, tipping his head into John's hand. "Something simple. Whatever you feel like bringing, I'm not picky."
Letting Jesus pull away, he brings a hand up to cradle the side of Jesus' face, thumb brushing over the man's cheek. "Yeah. Tomorrow." And with that, he'll lean up to give him a slow kiss before letting him go.
